Anyone can say they are a woman. No one
checks. Makes the process meaningless.
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Anyone who identifies as a woman is not a
woman.
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Men who identify as women being treated as
such, renders the aims of the process meaningless. Will not
increase the representation of women.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
Not open to the implications of self ID at
